Ricardo Corbucci is the best eater in South America and it's not even close. The Brazilian powerhouse eats with a muscular yet efficient manner, bending food to his will, at will. He has distinguished himself in sanctioned MLE competition in the Case's Pork Roll and Sloppers disciplines, foods unavailable locally to the man from Brasilia. (When will globalization deliver on its promise? Why do we still have to fly across continents to grab a slopper? Isn't Google on this? Musk?) One imagines that at his local churrascaria, his circular disk is permanently set to green, indicating to wait staff that, yes, please, he would like more delicious meat. Picanha, perhaps—a delicious cut of meat sadly underappreciated in the United States but much prized by the wise minds of Brazil.
