The Battle of the Buns: Pulled Pork Sliders Take Center Stage SmokeSlam has already cemented itself on the BBQ festival circuit as the premier destination to show your stuff and smoke those butts. This year, BBQ teams from around the country will compete for over $250,000, the largest prize in BBQ history. And now, MLE is on board to take things to the next level with a pulled pork slider eating contest that will melt in your mouth, and live in your dreams. Friends, this isn't a backyard cookout, this is the place where legends are made and history is re-written with the names of tomorrow's champions.

A First for the Record Books The SmokeSlam Eating Championship is debuting with a bang at Tom Lee Park on Saturday, May 17th at 3PM. This is the inaugural event, which means a new world record will be set. Do you have what it takes to add your name to the record books? Can you handle the pressure, and take on the greatest eaters in the world to take your share of the $10,000 total prize purse? Do you live for pulled pork and just want any opportuntiy to eat 15 pounds of it? No matter your motivation, we want to see you at the table!
